Bunnings is accused of virtue-signalling in determining what forest products they sell. The problem, according to IPA-linked Quadrant-published Mark Poynter, is that Bunnings, in deciding not to sell timber from native forests, is informed by a Federal Court ruling that found that VicForests’ harvesting operations are unlawful and that there is an ‘unhealthy reliance on ANU scientific papers’. Mark, I guess that you’d prefer their decisions to be based on your ideology?
