It’s a bit rough when both a government agency and the regulator of that government agency fails the public trust. Governments that become entrenched or that face a barely relevant opposition can fall prey to hubris. Andrews conducting a clean-out and refresh is an antidote to the former and regarding the latter, the opposition doesn’t seem like to rise above ineffectiveness any time soon.
